In the era of hooking up, no feeling attached kind of

dates. Every person needs some one like coming in the nest after rooming the world, we see nowadays every relationship starts with the help of social media and then started dating, tagging each other on photographs doing trending things together but once that phase get's over, the relationship get dull and end up with a sentence" you don't understand me anymore" why that happens, generally people say this generation doesn't understand the meaning of love! but trust me if you have born watching Hollywood and Bollywood movies you know exactly what love is. Why we say we need to understand each other, why it's important! Let me give you an business analysis example, like in product marketing there is 4 stages-

Growth

Maturity

Decline

So does relationship also needs these stages, when you starts to date some one you first try to introduce yourself to him/her. You talk about what you like, what you dislike. What your ambitions are, you started open up with your partner, so you can connect better.

After that stage relationship comes in growth stage, where finally your partner started to know about your nature, talking deep stuffs that you have never shared before, Your achievements, while enjoying your dates going together, talking late, helping each other, where you actually trying to grow your relationship further. 

After growth in your relationship you started hitting the maturity stage when everything is going against your relationship, both partners are having hard times in themselves, you two will complaint each other a lot, will fight a lot some time you two would think you are not good for each other but wait! Take a breath first hard situation always teaches us to be patient and think properly because in a relationship there is two heart are connected to each other where if one will take a  bad decision other one have to suffer for whole life. A mature partners always need to sit down and talk what they want. If one is not being comfortable in that relationship they should talk it out and spell the truth in front of them, because maybe the other partner will forgive them just because they were true instead of keep ruining each other's life with lies. Or if both of the partners are into each other they should clear all misunderstanding and talk about what they really want for their future.

After that in decline stage if relationship is really working all misunderstanding, worries will decline automatically.

Relationship are bonding between two people which have love, trust, loyalty and understanding if he or she understands it well the relationship will last long forever or if not it will decline in a bit.
